One of the vital elements in any company or organization is the documents present within its collection. These documents are generally stored in a primary manner, and when needed, each document must be searched in the list of documents, and retrieval should be based on the stored name of the document.
The Document Management and Processing System (SAMPA), developed by the Sharif Connection Group, stores documents in a distributed manner. It not only ensures significant advancements in locating each document but also prevents the potential deletion of documents. Furthermore, SAMPA’s most important feature is its capability to process the text of documents from PDF files. After uploading, the document file undergoes image processing, and based on the text within the document, categorization and summarization are performed using keywords, followed by storage.
