At a glance
Connect Sharif System is an intelligent telecommunications service that provides mobile telephone exchange services for organizations. Any institution or company offering services to customers outside their premises can utilize this service. The time, number of rings before answering the call, and audio recording of each conversation are logged. Subsequently, an intelligent system evaluates the audio files based on emotions and communication styles of both parties and records the results. Additionally, the phone numbers of both the service provider and the customer remain concealed. Potential users of this system include taxi dispatch companies, online retailers, service-oriented companies, and more. The implementation of this system, using standard libraries, enables easy integration with existing systems of various companies and institutions

Hardware Features
Hardware:
The Connect system has been fully designed to run on a customized operating system based on the Linux kernel. Therefore, any processors capable of supporting the Linux operating system will be able to execute this software. The system is specifically set up and evaluated with Intel processors (Xeon, Core i, Celeron) and ARM processors (Cortex A series). The processing power will vary depending on the expected features of the system and the type of processor used. The table below illustrates the processing power for an Xeon E5-2620 processor based on the number of requested features.
Customers and Feedback
Customer Satisfaction, Accompanied by Customer’s Requirements:
Considering that all software and hardware components of this system have been designed by the technical team present at Sharif University, it is possible to add any desired software and hardware features required by the customer.
Features such as vehicle positioning and tracking using multiple cameras, sending special SMS notifications upon license plate detection, and a system for calculating parking fees in public parking lots are among the software extensions that can be added to the License Plate Recognition system. Additionally, the design of a communication circuit with smart homes to facilitate summoning elevators, turning on coolers, or controlling various electronic devices is feasible within the hardware section.
